BELEODAQ® is a prescription medicine used to treat patients with a rare form of blood cancer called peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) that has relapsed or is not responding to previous treatment. PTCL is a group of rare and aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas (NHL), a malignant lymphoproliferative disorder. PTCL accounts for about 10% to 15% of all NHL cases.

BELEODAQ® (belinostat) is the only histone deacetylase inhibitor (“HDAC inhibitor”) globally for the treatment of refractory/relapsed PTCL. The product has received accelerated approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) due to the high unmet medical need for this rare disease.
